Pharm.D, or Doctor of Pharmacy, is a professional degree program that is required for candidates who desire to practice pharmacy. The curriculum addresses the usage, production, and application of drugs in relation to the patient's disease. The Pharm.D program is divided into two levels. Candidates for this program can apply at both the graduate and postgraduate levels, i.e., those interested in a career in pharmacy can apply for Pharm.D after passing 10+2 and even after graduation. The following are the two Pharm.D courses:

  • Pharm.D 6-year programme
  • Pharm.D Post-Baccalaureate 3-year program

The program teaches applicants how to grasp both clinical and commercial applications of medicine. In the last year of the program, the program also provides a brief overview of the disease's diagnosis and therapy.

 

Duration of Pharma D. 

  • Five years 
  • Internship One Year

 

Eligibility Criteria for Pharma D.  

  • 10+2 with PCM/PCB/DPharm.  On or before December 31st of the year of entrance to the course, you must be 17 years old.

 

Program Fee for Pharma D.:  

  • 160000 /-INR For Indian Students
  • 192000 /-INR For Foreign Students
