M.F.A - Master of Fine Arts 

Master of Fine Arts is a postgraduate degree course. It involves the study of optic and performing arts. It is a 2 year duration course. There are various fine art degree courses as well as diploma courses in the field of arts that one can follow at undergraduate as well as doctoral level.  Fine art courses have obtained vogue amongst art aspirants who seek education in modern or emerging arts while focusing on the concepts of fine arts. Students may learn how to develop painting skills and techniques using cosmetic paints. They will explore the manner of many artists throughout history while developing their own paintings. The major subjects considered and studied are landscapes, still-life, the figure, and abstraction.
