National Institute of Fashion Technology Entrance Exam is conducted by the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) for the course of Bachelor in Design or Bachelor in Fashion Technology. The NIFT entrance exam is administered by the National Institute of Fashion Technology. It is the most prestigious fashion school in the world. Undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in fashion and design technology are available at the university. The NIFT entrance exam is used to gain admission to the National Institute of Fashion Technology's 16 campuses. The entrance test takes place once a year. From May 15, 2021, the NIFT application process for Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh domicile candidates has begun. The registration period will last until May 31, 2021, and the exam dates for these candidates will be revealed later. NIFT has also revised exam dates for Foreign/ SAARC/ NRI/ OCI and PhD candidates due to the present status of the COVID-19 pandemic. Foreign/ SAARC/ NRI/ OCI and PhD candidates' NIFT registration deadlines have been extended until May 31, 2021, and May 23, 2021, respectively. On July 10, 2021, PhD applicants will take a written exam. The final result of B.F.Tech will be published in the month of May 2021, according to the announcement on the official website. For MFM, MDes, and MFT admissions, NIFT created the admit card 2021 for an online interview, which was held from April 19 onwards. The outcome is expected to be released in May/June 2021. Owing to an increase in COVID-19 cases, the NIFT 2021 situation exam for BDes admissions has also been postponed. For PG admissions, the GD round has been cancelled. From April 19, 2021, onwards, the NIFT personal interview round for MDes, MFM, and MFT courses will be conducted online. On March 17, 2021, the NIFT 2021 results were announced. By entering their credentials such as their application number, roll number, and date of birth, candidates will review their results and then download their scorecard. The NIFT cut-off is the minimum score needed by institutions to admit students to various UG and PG courses in fashion technology and design. Students will be admitted to various NIFT Participating Colleges based on their cut-off marks/ranks. The NIFT cutoff will be announced by the National Institute of Fashion Technology on a campus-by-campus and section-by-section basis.
