GPAT (Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test)

 

The National Testing Agency, or NTA, will plan and carry out GPAT 2023. In 2023, there were as many as 50,508 applicants who took the GPAT test. Last year, the exam was held on April 9 from 9 AM to 12 PM in 121 cities across India.

 

 

What is Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test:

 

The Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test is administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA) to applicants for admission to MPharm or programmes that are similar. All of the universities and institutions that have been authorised by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) as well as the 800 participating institutes recognise the results. GPAT Eligibility Criteria:

 

The National Testing Agency (NTA), which assesses a candidate's aptitude and fundamental knowledge, establishes the eligibility requirements. Here are the requirements:

 

The applicant must hold a pharmacy bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or an equivalent degree.

Candidates who will be taking the bachelor's degree qualifying exam, the results of which will be released prior to the start of admission for the academic year 2023–2023, may also apply.

The applicant must be an Indian national.

The national level entrance exam does not have an age restriction.

GPAT 2023 Application Form:

 

The publication of GPAT Registration 2023 is anticipated for February 2023, and the online application process is open for a further 30 days after that. The Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT), a computer-based National Level Entrance Examination, is administered annually by the National Testing Agency (NTA). GPAT Answer Key:-

 

Along with the results, the GPAT final answer key 2023 is also made available. NTA initially makes the preliminary answer keys available. To get the answer key, applicants must log in using their application number, password, or date of birth. The GPAT 2023 answer key contains all of the solutions to the test's questions. Candidates can use the provisional answer key to calculate and estimate their scores. They had the option to contest the answer key till May 2 by paying INR 200 per question.

 

 

GPAT 2023 Result:-

 

NTA makes the GPAT results available online. Scorecards that can be downloaded in PDF format represent the results that are made public. Candidates must go to the official website and log in using their mail ID and roll number to view their scorecard for the national level exam.

 

 

How to check the result?

 

Candidates should follow these procedures on the official website to check their results.

Candidates must go to the NTA website and click the "GPAT Result is Live Now" button that appears at the top of the page.

Candidates must provide their application number, date of birth, and security pin to log in.

Candidates must first click the "Sign in" button before clicking the "View result" button.

GPAT 2023 Cutoff:-

 

The GPAT cutoff and merit list are anticipated to be made public soon by NTA. The list of top students makes up the merit list. A candidate's name, roll number, overall rank, sectional scores, sectional percentile, overall percentile, and sectional percentiles are among the information on the merit list.

 

The All India Rank (AIR) of qualifiers, which was released along with the results, will appear on the merit list. The percentage tells us how many contenders have received lower scores than a specific candidate.

GPAT Exam Statistics

 

On their official website, NTA publishes statistics on the number of applicants who have enrolled for the exam. In 2022, there were 50,975 candidates registered, but only 48,360 candidates actually showed up. A total of 4,447 students passed the entrance exam, which was completed on January 27, 2021, between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, and 50,975 candidates have enrolled to take the entrance exam in 2023. Admission to the GPAT:-

 

The registration for the exam served as the beginning of the admissions procedure. On the official website, candidates for the PG entrance exam were needed to register. Candidates could fill out the application form after completing the registration process.

 

The applications are examined after being successfully submitted. The NTA will issue the admit card to the candidates whose applications were approved. After that, candidates must take an online test.

 

The candidates who take the examination will have their results announced, and those who pass will then engage in the counselling stages.

 

Candidates will need to submit a separate application to the selected institute/college in order to participate in the counselling. The participating institute announced the deadline based on the submitted applications.

Textbooks, calculators, DocuPens, Slide Rules, Log Tables, electronic watches with calculator functions, printed or handwritten materials, and scraps of paper, as well as any other electronic devices like a phone, pager, or other electronic watch

It's not allowed to smoke, chew gutka, spit, etc. in the exam room.
