The Rajasthan Co-operative Recruitment Board raised the recruitment exam fee by Rs 200 in around 15 months. Also the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education has set the fee for REET as it was three years earlier. On account of the Co-operative Recruitment Board, the recruitment of 503 vacancies in the RCDF and the milk unions has been withdrawn. The Board has set the fee for these examinations as Rs 1,200 for general category candidates and Rs 600 for reserved category candidates.
In October 2019, the Recruitment Board itself recruited 715 positions from different executives, including Apex Senior Manager and Central Cooperative Banks. At that time, the Co-operative Recruitment Board had proposed a fee of Rs.1000 for the general category and Rs.500 for the reserved category for the examination of those posts.
Education Board also did not raise fees in last 3 years
The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education approved the examination fee of Rs 550 for one paper and Rs 750 for two papers in REET 2018. In the case of REET 2021, the Board granted the candidates relief by offering the same fee. Although the board sent out a recommendation to the state government to raise the fee this year, the government itself denied the request to increase the fee.
A total of 503 posts will be recruited by the Examination Co-operative Recruitment Board for these posts. These include 4 GM vacancies, 27 of Deputy Manager, 96 of Assistant Manager, 1 of Assistant Accounts Officer, 10 of Assistant Dairy Chemist, 9 of Boiler Operator First, 46 of Laboratory Assistant, 31 of Dairy Technician, 23 of Electrician, Junior Accountant – including 48 store supervisors, etc.
Other organizations did not raise the fee; RPSC still charges the examination fees for Rs 350 and Rs 250. On the other hand, the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board also charges 350 and 250 rupees for the RPSC exams, which provides satisfaction to the applicants of the exam.
