On April 18, NEET PG 2021 Exam; 10 points applicants must know: On January 14, 2021, the review date of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate Studies NEET PG 2021 was announced by NBE. The exam will be conducted in a computer-based mode on April 18th. The NEET application forms will be published shortly by at- natboard.edu.in.

New Delhi: On Thursday, 14 January 2021, the National Board of Examinations (NBE) announced the examination date for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduates (NEET PG 2021). As per the order, the test will take place in a computer-based mode across the nation on April 18. The official notice published at-natboard.edu.in- explained that NEET PG 2021 is open to applications only for students who have finished their internship before or on 30 June 2021. In a few days' time, the NEET application forms will be posted on the websites.

Nbe.edu.in and natboard.edu.in are recommended to obey all NEET PG aspirants pursuing admission to postgraduate medical courses. Soon the brochure will be made online.

Here are the 10 things voters should be mindful of:

  1. NBE explained that, given unexpected requirements, the NEET PG 2021 dates may be changed or postponed. After consultation with the NMC and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the postponement will be announced.

  2. For Master of Surgery, Doctor of Medicine, and PG Diploma seats, the NEET PG exam is conducted every year.

  3. The NEET PG entrance exam offers access to 10,821 Master of Surgery (MS) seats, 19,953 Doctor of Medicine (MD) seats, and 1,979 PG Diploma seats at 6,102 public, private, Deemed and Central Universities.

  4. As many as 1,67,102 candidates enrolled for the NEET PG exam in the year 2020, of which only 1,60,888 candidates took the online examination.

  5. Candidates who are prepared to appear in NEET PG 2021 must have a certificate of MBBS degree issued by a medical institution approved by the Medical Council of India (MCI).

  6. Aspirants must have a certificate of provisional/permanent registration issued by the Medical Council of India or the Medical Council of the State.

  7. All candidates who have completed their Jammu and Kashmir MBBS will only be eligible for entry to the 50 percent All India Quota (AIQ) seats if they have been the nominees for the Central Pool Quota Seats of the Government of India.

  8. Once registration is over, the NBE NEET PG application correction facility will be made available. Through the NEET PG registration correction facility, all those candidates who have successfully registered on the official website can edit their information.

  9. In addition to the information brochure on the official website, NBE will announce the specifics of the NEET PG 2021 exam centers. The NEET PG exam was administered in 162 cities around India last year.

  10. All applicants will be asked to pick NEET PG exam cities 2021 as per their choice and convenience when filling out the NEET application form. On a first come first serve basis, the NEET PG examination centers will be allotted.
