MAH CET Law 2024 Application Form:

 

> Application materials for the MH CET Law 2024 will be made available online.

> Before submitting an application for the exam, candidates must confirm that they meet the requirements for the specific course they wish to enroll in.

> The application period for the three-year LLB program will run from the second to the fourth week of March 2024.

> Depending on your categorization, submit the scanned image in jpg or jpeg format with a file size of 20 KB to 50 KB and a signature size of 10 KB to 20 KB.

MH CET Law 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

 

 

For 5-year LLB course:

 

• Qualification: Candidates must have completed the 12th grade or its equivalent from a recognized board.

• Marks: students must receive a minimum score of 45% in the qualifying test to be considered for the general category, 40% for SC/ ST students, and 42% for OBC applicants.

• Appearing: Candidates who will be in their final year in 2024 are also able to apply for the exam.

 

 

For 3-year LLB course:

 

• Nationality: In order to take the exam, the candidate must be an Indian citizen.

• Qualification: Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited university or institution to be eligible.

• Marks: Candidates must receive at least 45% in the general category, 42% in the OBC and SBC categories, and 40% in the SC/ST category.

 

 

MH CET Law 2024 Exam Pattern:

 

 

Exam mode: An online testing environment will be used for the exam.

Medium: The paper will be written in both English and Marathi.

Type of Questions: Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) of this type are asked in the exam.

Duration: Candidates will have two hours to complete the paper.

Total questions: The question paper will include a total of 150 questions.

Marks: The question paper carries 150 points.

MH CET Law 2024 Syllabus:

 

 

• Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning: Indian Constitution, Family Law, Indian Contract Act, Law of Torts, Important Landmark, Supreme Court Judgment, Legal Fundamentals and Terms, Indian Penal Code, Legal Maxims. These are only a few examples of the legal knowledge and reasoning that are needed.

• Logical and Analytical Reasoning: Wide analogies, drawing well-supported conclusions, reasoning by analogy, concluding arguments, applying principles or rules, relationship and to draw logical conclusions, set of assertions, and things or events are only a few examples of logical and analytical reasoning.

• Geography, Civics, Current Affairs of past one year.

• English: History (ancient, medieval, and modern), general science, economics, geography, civics, and recent current events make up general knowledge with current events.

• Mathematical Aptitude: Vocabulary, synonyms, antonyms, analogies, proficiency, idioms and phrases, one-word substitutions, English comprehension, spotting errors, spelling errors, etc

 

 

MH CET Law Preparation Tips:

 

 

> After reviewing the complete curriculum, start preparing.

> Establish a study regimen and adhere to it strictly.

> Keep all issues up for discussion.

> Make sure your base is sturdy. After creating a strong foundation, start working on the sample papers and mock exams.

MH CET Law 2024 Admit Card:

 

The MH CET Law 2024 Admit card will be accessible online. Candidate must provide registration number, roll number, and date of birth in order to download the admit card. The fifth week of March 2024 will see the publication of the admit card for the five-year LLB program. It will be released for the three-year LLB program in the first week of April 2024.
