The National Defense Academy's Joint Services Wing's final exam for its two-year program.

Having a minimum of five courses, the Senior Secondary School Examination is administered by the National Institute of Open Schooling

|
Any public school, board, or university examination that is recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) as being equal to the 10+2 system in India or any other country

|
Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) Vocational Examination
|

|
A diploma that has been in existence for at least three years and has been approved by AICTE or a state board of technical education
|

|
General Certificate Education (GCE) examination (London/Cambridge/Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level

|
High School Certificate Examination of the Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma of the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva.

Candidates who passed the class 12 (or equivalent) exam outside of India or from a Board not listed above should present a certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) attesting to the fact that their exam was equivalent to the class 12 exam.

In the event that the class 12 exam is not public, the candidate must have already passed at least one public (Board or Pre-University) exam.
