How to Apply for AIBE (XXI) 2026

 

Step 1: Use the website of AIBE (XXI) (link will be provided above).

Step 2: Register by entering your phone number, email address, and name.

Step 3: Fill out the application after logging in to the application portal.

Step 4: Complete the form by entering your address, qualifications, personal information, and course details.

Step 5: Upload your signature and scanned photo in the appropriate format.

Step 6: After everything is finished, preview the information and press the submit button.

Step 7: Use a bank challan to pay the registration fee.

Step 8: Take a printout of the filled-out application form for your records. 

 

AIBE 2026 Eligibility Criteria

 

Nationality: Candidates must be Indian nationals.

 

Age Requirement: The AIBE 2026 exam will not have an age restriction.

 

Scores: In their qualifying exam, candidates must receive at least 45% of the possible points (or 40% for SC/ST candidates).

 

Qualifications: Candidates must hold a three- or five-year bachelor's degree in law from an accredited college or university.

 

Bar Council Registration: It will be mandatory to register as an advocate with any State Bar Council.

AIBE 2026 Admit Card

 

On the day of the exam, students must present their downloaded admit card in order to be allowed to take the AIBE (XXI) 2026 exam. In the third week of December 2026, the authorities will give the AIBE Admit Card 2026 to all applicants who have successfully enrolled.

 

By logging in to the portal, students will be able to view their admit card online. Details including the candidate's name, exam location, date, and hour, as well as their roll number, will be included on their AIBE 2026 hall ticket.



AIBE (XXI) 2026 Answer Key

AIBE 2026 Cut Off

 

The minimum score needed by an applicant to be qualified to practise law in any Indian court is the AIBE (XXI) Cut Off 2026. Candidates must receive a score that meets or exceeds the authority's set cutoff points.

 

For General/OBC applicants, the minimum score needed to pass the AIBE 2026 exam will be 45%, while for SC/ST and PWD candidates, it would be 40%. A "Certificate of Practice" will not be granted to candidates who do not fulfil the specified cutoff requirements.

 

AIBE (XXI) 2026 Certificate

 

The Bar Council of India will award a "certificate of practice" to candidates who successfully complete the AIBE 2026 exam. Eligible candidates can practice law in any Indian court with this certificate of practice, which will be granted online. Details including the candidate's name, enrolment number, and enrolment date will be included in this certificate.

 

Applicants must submit their legal exam marksheet, law exam certificates, gap certificate (if applicable), and a passport-size photo in accordance with the State Bar Council's dress code in order to receive this certificate.
