The Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development (OCLD) offers the esteemed one-year residential program known as Oberoi STEPS 2025. This extensive curriculum covers every aspect of hotel operations and is designed to develop future experts in the hospitality sector. Oberoi STEPS offers a strong basis for a prosperous career in hospitality, encompassing everything from food and beverage service to guest interactions.

 

Systematic Training and Education Programme test is known as Oberoi STEP 2025 and is conducted by the Oberoi Group of Hotels. At OCLD, STEP offers the hospitality education course(s) that also give practical coaching (Oberoi Center for Learning & Development). The Oberoi STEP is an application that applicants must fill out online, and this process has been used for eleven to twelve years. This information aids in learning everything there is to know about the hotel management course. There is no fee required to apply for Oberoi STEP. They only need to invest three years in the programme to get the practical training at the Oberoi group hotels.It is anticipated that candidates would receive training for all four hotel departments—front desk, cleaning, food & beverage, and kitchen.

Step to Apply Application form for Oberoi Step 2025 

 

Get the application form from the OLCD's official website to apply for the Oberoi STEP 2025 programme (Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development) :

 

• To apply for the Oberoi STEP 2025 interview, candidates will visit the website.

• Don't forget to carefully fill out the application.

• It would be simpler to determine the location and date of the interview if you fill out all the academic information.

• In most cases, the application fee is not necessary.

• Although there won't be any written tests given to the applicants, they must pass the interview stages in order to be considered for admission.

 

 

Files required for the interview:

 

• The completed online form in writing.

• Colour passport-size photo.

• SSC certificates, as well as authentic copies and originals of the score report.

• DOB proof (Birth certificate)

• The HSC mark sheet and HSC certificate must be in original form and be authentic copies.

First round:

 

• Teams of fifteen to twenty candidates each will be formed from the candidates after being divided into groups. 

• All of the assignments and activities given to the group will be completed by them. 

• Note that candidates' spoken English, confidence, and preparedness will all be taken into consideration while evaluating them.

 

After that:

 

• For the second round, those who made it through the previous round will advance.

• The second round, which will be a one-on-one panel round, will be.

Final Round:

 

• A candidate advances to the third round if they successfully pass the primary and second round.

Age requirements for candidates

 

•  Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 20.

• A familiar university or IGNOU HSC diploma is required for candidates (Indira Gandhi National Open University, India).

Eligibility Criteria for Oberoi Step 2025:

 

Training in hotel management (Front office, food & beverage).

 

• The candidates' qualifying exam scores must have been at least sixty-one.

• The qualifying examination must have been passed by the candidates with a B2 grade or a purpose of seven.

• The primary subject studied by candidates must be English.

• The CBSE board must have been used in the candidates' studies.

 

Instruction in Kitchen Operations:

 

• The required qualifying exam score for candidates is a score of at least 61.

• While completing their studies, aspirants must have taken English as a major subject.

 

Operating a room Course:

 

• Candidates will be given training for both the western and Indian kitchens.

• Additionally, the candidates will be instructed in areas including the cold room, pastry, and bakehouse.

• Operation Training for Hotels (two streams)

• For the Front Office/Food and Nutrient Service Focus, the candidates will receive coaching.

• Additionally, the candidates will receive coaching  on job focus.

 

Interviews will be scheduled by the OCLD in response to exam results (Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development).   

 

• Candidates will be informed of this and the university may display the list of the chosen candidates.

• Data will be sent to candidates by email or postal mail from the university.
