Oberoi STEP 2026: The online application for the Systematic Training and Education Program (STEP) of the Oberoi Group of Hotels will be accessible shortly. Interested candidates can visit the official website at www.oberoigroup.com/learning-programmes/step for admission procedure to learn more about the Oberoi Systematic Training and Education Program. In April and May, the assessments and interviews will take place. The results of STEP 2026 will then be made public in June or July of that year. What is Oberoi STEP?

 

Interviews are conducted by the Oberoi Group of Hotels' Systematic Training and Education Programme (STEP) to create a shortlist of potential students for the institute's hospitality management programs. An applicant may be admitted to the courses offered at Oberoi STEP 2026, which are listed below, according on how well they performed during the admissions process:

Candidates for the STEP program will be allocated to any hotel in the Oberoi Group of Hotels at OCLD's sole discretion.

 

The Oberoi Bangalore, The Oberoi Amarvilas, Agra, The Oberoi Cecil, Shimla, The Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur, Trident Gurgaon, The Oberoi Gurgaon, The Oberoi Agra, The Oberoi Jaipur, The Oberoi Udaivilas, Udaipur, Trident Chennai, and Trident Udaipur are hosting the Oberoi OCLD program.The Oberoi Group of Hotels provides hands-on training for courses given at the Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development (OCLD). Additionally, applicants who successfully finish the programs offered at Oberoi STEP 2025 receive a Certificate of Proficiency from The Oberoi Group and a Bachelor of Tourism Studies (BTS) degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU).

Oberoi STEP 2026 Eligibility Criteria

 

To apply for admission to OCLD, candidates must meet a number of Oberoi STEP 2026 eligibility requirements. The following are general eligibility requirements that applicants must fulfill in order to be admitted to the courses offered at Oberoi STEP 2026:

Oberoi STEP Admission Process 2026

 

Applicants can review the procedures they must take in order to participate in the Oberoi STEP 2026 admissions process.

 

Step 1: Fill Oberoi STEP Application Form

 

When the Oberoi STEP application form is made available, candidates must complete it online at the Oberoi Center for Learning and Development's official website. Candidates must complete the Oberoi STEP application form by selecting their interview location and date, as well as providing their educational background. When completing the registration form for the interview phase for OCLD admissions, candidates are not need to pay an application fee for the Oberoi STEP exam.

 

Step 2: Appear for Oberoi STEP Interview

 

Candidates must attend an interview round rather than take a written entrance exam in order to be considered for admission to programs offered by Oberoi STEP.

Step 3: Check Oberoi STEP Result

 

The list of applicants shortlisted for Oberoi STEP admissions 2026 is created by the officials following the completion of all interview rounds by the Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development. Candidates receive the Oberoi STEP 2026 admission exam results via email or postal mail.

 

Every year, in August, the Oberoi Group of Hotels launches its STEP program.

Oberoi STEP Interview Round 2026

 

There are three steps involved in the Oberoi STEP interview round. As shown below, candidates can proceed through the three rounds for admission to Oberoi STEP 2026:

Interview Round	Selection Process	Evaluation Criteria
Round 1	In the first round of Oberoi STEP interview process, candidates are divided into groups of 15-20 aspirants each. Here, candidates need to perform many activities as well as attempt different questionnaires.	Candidates are evaluated on the basis of criteria such as grooming, poise and spoken English.
Round 2	Candidates who are shortlisted in Round 1 of the Oberoi interview process are eligible to appear for Round 2 of the interview process. In this round, candidates have to appear before a panel comprising of faculty members wherein a one-on-one meeting is held.	Candidates are evaluated on the basis of their behavior, personality and it is also checked if the candidate has aptitude for hospitality.
Round 2	Candidates who are shortlisted in Round 2 are further eligible to appear for the next interview round in the selection process for Oberoi STEP. In this round, candidates need to appear for another round of activities and attempt some questionnaires. This also includes a final interview with a panel. However, this Oberoi interview round may be conducted on a different day as well as city as against Round 1 and Round 2.	Aspirants are evaluated on an overall basis, that is, on the basis of their personality, knowledge, behaviour and skill-set.

• One copy of the Class X certificate. Candidates must provide one copy of their birth certificate to the interview round if their Class X certificate does not include their date of birth.

Oberoi STEP 2026 Exam Centres

 

Official notice and the availability of the Oberoi STEP 2026 test centers will follow. Candidates can, however, review the Oberoi STEP exam locations from prior years for reference.
