All India Bar Examination will be undertaken to assess the capacity of advocates to practice the profession of law in India. The "Certificate of Practice" will be awarded to the Indian Bar Council after passing the examination nominee.

AIBE stands for All India Bar Examination, a nationwide admissions test organized by the Indian Bar Council (BCI). All India Bar Review is organized with the goal of evaluating the potential of advocates who want to practice law in India. The BCI test is performed twice a year. AIBE is a qualifying test to obtain a 'Certificate of Practice' for the legal profession.

AIBE XVI 2021 will take place on 21 March. The last date of registration for the same is February 21, 2021, and the deadline for payment of fee is February 23, 2021. The deadline of the form for submission is February 26, 2021.AIBE 2021:

  • Under any circumstance, the application fee will be non-refundable after it has been paid.

AIBE 2021:  Exam Pattern

Candidates must check the AIBE 2021 test pattern before appearing in the exam. 

Mode of Test: Examination will be carried out in offline mode (OMR).

Language: Applicants can select 11 languages for the test.

Type of Questions: MCQs will be asked during the test.

 Number of questions: 100 questions

Duration of the test: 3 hours (180 minutes)
