The NATA 2021 will be performed on stage 1 during the 2nd week of April 2021 (National Aptitude Test in Architecture). The exam dates and the official notice on the CoA website will be released. In the third week of January 2021, NATA 2021 Application Forms will be released and registration is to continue until early March 2021. NATA 2021 is the National Examination conducted by and governed by the Architectural Council (CoA) for students in Indian colleges seeking admission to the B.A. programs. Since 2019, the test has been held twice a year. In April the first stage of NATA2021 will take place and in the 3rd week of July 2021 the second phase will take place.

NATA 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Based on the age limit: no age limit is valid. The aptitude test can be extended to candidates with eligible 10+2.

Candidates passed the 12th (10+2) examination approved by the Central/State governments on the basis of the qualification study. Applicants with a minimum mark of 50 percent are qualified. Candidates for 10+2 will also engage in the aptitude test as they show their eligibility during admissions.

Based on qualifications: for NATA 2021 the subject combinations of physics, chemistry and mathematics will be mandatory. As one of the obligatory subjects, diploma candidates should have maths.

On a stream-based basis: if you have PCM subjects as one of the options given to you in the CBSE Board, art stream candidates can apply.

Note: In later years of B.Arch courses, NATA does not offer lateral entry to candidates.

NATA 2021 Application Fee

  • For One Session: For General Category the fees Rs. 1800/- and for SC/ ST the fee Rs. 1500/-.
  • For Both Session: For General Category the fees Rs. 3500/- and for SC/ ST the fee Rs. 2800/-  and Kashmiri migrant/ Foreign nationals the fees Rs. 3050/-.

NATA 2021 Admit Card: In the first week of April and the 4th week of June, the examining authority will offer a tentative NATA 2021 Admit Card via online mode on the web. On the official website, the admission card for the NATA 2021 examination is uploaded. The candidates should confirm after downloading the admission card that the photo and signature are printed on the admission card. The entrance card with a valid photo Id proof must be brought to the exam center by every applicant. The information on the Examination Center is provided on the admission card.

NATA 2021 Exam Pattern

  1. Mode of test: The examination is carried out in online mode.
  2. Time Duration: The candidate's question paper will be solved for 180 minutes.
  3. There are three parts to the question document, i.e. Math, drawing & skill in general.
  4. Time of section: Candidates are given 60 minutes to try Part 1 issues and 120 minutes to try Part B Section 1 (I.e. drawing section).
  5. Total number of questions: The test will require a total of 60 questions and a question paper of 200 marks.
  6. Question Type: The Mathematics & Aptitude question will be a matter of multiple choices.
  7. Scheme of Marking: 2 marks will be the correct answer each.
  8. Negative Marking: no marks for inappropriate reply will be deducted.

NATA 2021 Result: It is recommended when applying for admission to print out the ranking. The authorities agreed to publish the answer sheets of the candidates who appeared before the results were announced. Please note that reply sheets are only for Part A. Part B sheets are not uploaded. The NATA 2021 Results can be viewed on the official website upon disclosure of the reply sheets.

NATA 2021 Counselling: The official authority for admissions would not have separate counseling. In each institution in which they wish to apply for membership, the applicants would have to apply separately. For the verification process, applicants must have all necessary documentation and photocopies. Applicants who fully meet the eligibility requirements and have the required documentation checked will be granted final admission.
