Master of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology (MPhil) is a 2-year post-graduate programme in clinical psychology. After completing the course, the trainee should be able to perform the following tasks: Diagnosis of mental health issues Conceptualize complex adult and child mental health conditions within a psychological structure, taking into account psychosocial and contextual factors, and implement appropriate care and management. Rehabilitate people with mental health issues and disabilities using therapeutic concepts and strategies. Work with physical diseases' psychosocial aspects, developing and implementing focused/targeted psychosocial interventions. Collaborate with the group to improve wellness, quality of life, and mental health. Conduct research in clinical psychology fields such as mental health/illness, physical health/diseases, and related societal concerns such as misconception, stigma, sexism, social stress, gender construction, and lifestyle, among others. Assume responsibility for teaching and training in clinical psychology's central and related fields. In the mental health sector, assume managerial and supervisory/decision-making roles.

To be eligible, applicants must have earned M.A./M.Sc. in Psychology, or an equivalent degree (min 55 percent ) from a recognized university.
