Eligibility Criteria for PWC B.Ed. Entrance Exam:

 

  • A relaxation of 5% marks will be given to the reserved category nominees specified by State Govt. and Patna University
  • Candidates must have studied at least a single school subject from the list – English, Hindi, Mathematics, Biology (Botany/Zoology), Physics, Chemistry, History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, Commerce
  • The mark sheet and the degree are a must-have of the applicant (of other universities). Nominated participants appearing in the Part III Patna University Exams can also apply.
  • Ed. As a technical training programme, all that take another course at the same time as the B.Ed. The course will not be considered; admission will be given on the basis of an admission examination consisting of a written test and advice.
  • Applicants with at least fifty (50 percent) percent marks are qualified, either in the Bachelor's degree and/or in the Master's degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Humanities, Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology with a specialisation in Science and Mathematics with 55 percent marks or some other equivalent qualification.

Exam Pattern:

 

  • The exam must have a length of two hours.
  • Each containing one mark will have 120 multiple choice questions.
  • The OMR Sheet/Answer Sheet is given to answer the questions.
  • To mark your answer on the OMR board, candidates must only use a blue/black ball pen.
  • The maximum number of marks for the Entrance Exam is 120.
