AP LAWCET (Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test)

A state-level entry test conducted by Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantpura, is the Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test (AP LAWCET). It is conducted once a year. Eligibility criteria of AP LAWCET 2021

3-year law

  • The qualifying test must have been passed in a 10+2+3 pattern, scoring at least 45 percent marks in total.

5-year integrated law

  • Intermediate analysis (10+2) trend scoring at least 45 percent marks in aggregate must be passed.
  • *Candidates belonging to OBC are eligible for a relaxation of 3% marks in minimum marks, while SC/ST candidate is eligible for a relaxation of 5% in aggregate marks

 

Steps to fill the AP LAWCET application form 2021

  1.  Registration - One will have to enter a name, valid email id and mobile number, and other details.
  2.  Completion of the application form - Upon registration, the applicant must complete the application form with various parts, such as academic credentials, contact details, and personal information.
  3. The candidate will also have to select a course and an exam centre.
  4. Document uploading - Records must only be submitted in the specified format.
  5. Payment of the application fee - The application fee must be charged in the penultimate phase; see the table below for specifics of the fee.

AP LAWCET Merit List 2021

Based on the results of the AP LAWCET entrance exam, the merit list is published by category. Only those who achieve a score higher than the cut-off are placed on the AP LAWCET merit list and invited to the counselling procedure.

AP LAWCET Cut-off 2021

The AP LAWCET cut off marks are the minimum marks required to be shortlisted by the various AP LAWCET 2021 participating colleges. On behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, Sri Krishnadevaraya University will organise the AP LAWCET. The AP LAWCET cut off score will be used by participating universities to sift out qualified and deserving candidates from a broad pool of test-takers.

Candidates who make the cutoff list for the AP LAWCET in 2021 will be eligible for counselling, where they will have to choose their chosen college of admission. A merit list of AP LAWCET 2021 candidates was compiled based on the results of the AP LAWCET 2021 cutoff marks and counselling.

 

Factors Determining AP LAWCET Cut-off

The following elements will play a part in determining the AP LAWCET 2021 cutoff scores:

  • Total number of applicants that passed the entrance exam
  • The question paper's level of difficulty

AP LAWCET Seat Allotment

The shortlisted applicants will be assigned seats in the AP LAWCET 2020 participating colleges through the AP LAWCET seat allotment process for 2020. From February 28 onwards, the AP LAWCET 2020 seat assignment process will take place.

The most suitable candidates will be offered through the 2020 AP LAWCET seat allotment process at the conclusion of a counselling round. After each part of the AP LAWCET 2021 counselling process is completed successfully, the AP LAWCET 2020 seat allotment result will be issued individually.
