JEE Main 2021: Application window closes today, correction window to open from January 27. The application process for the engineering entrance exam will end today i.e.  January 23, 2021. The registration process for JEE-Main 2021 ends today; January 23. Candidates who have not yet applied for this examination can apply for the exam through the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. Previously, the last date for the application form was decided as 16 January, which was later extended to January 23.

JEE Main 2021 Correction window: From January 27 to 30

The correction window will remain open from 27 to 30 January to make corrections in the application form. Earlier this facility was to be given between 19 to 21 January. At the same time, the examination of the first session will be held from 23 to 26 February. This time JEE Main will be held in four sessions. After the changes, this examination will be held in March, April, and May after February.

2. On the homepage, click on the application link available.

3. Now click on the link for new registration.

4. Enter the required details here.

5. Now upload the photo by filling the form.

6. Finally submit the fee.

JEE Mains 2021 optional questions

In view of the Corona pandemic and students, this time the Education Minister had announced to give students the option to solve only 75 of the 90 questions in all three subjects. After the change has been introduced in the exam pattern, the agency has issued the complete syllabus for the exam starting next month. Apart from this, for the first time, JEE MAINS exam will be conducted in 13 Indian languages including English as well as Hindi. These include Assamese, Oriya, Telugu, Tamil, and Urdu.

First-term of JEE Mains examination from February 23 to 26

From, now onwards, JEE MAINS exam will be conducted four times a year. A big change has also been introduced in the examinations. The first term of the examination will be held from February 23 to 26, then the second term in March, the third term in April, and the fourth term in May. JEE Main exam 2021 comprises 2 papers; Paper I is being held for admission into BE/B.Tech at NITs, IIITs, Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), Institutions/Universities funded/recognized by participating State Governments. It is also considered as an eligibility test for JEE-Advanced, which is conducted for admission to IITs only. On the other hand, Paper II is conducted for admission to B.Arch and B.Planning programs for the students.
