CBSE Class X exams will end on 7th June and class XII exams on 11th June. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) published the date sheet for the X and XII board examinations on Tuesday. The time table has already arrived three months before the examinations so that students can study accordingly. The class X and XII exams will begin on 4 May. The class X exams will continue until 7 June, while the 12th examinations will continue until 11 June.

CBSE date sheet released: Board examinations to start from May 4

CBSE Board exams are postponed by two and a half months, but this time the Schedule has been shortened. In this term, the CBSE examination begins with a gap of around two and a half months.  It began on 15 February 2020 last year and was on a 45-day schedule. It was reduced to 39 days in 2021. This year, 30 lakh students will take part in the CBSE board exams.

CBSE Class X and XII Practical exams

The practical examination of both classes will begin on March 1st. The result will be published by 15 July at the same time. The Minister of Education declared the dates of the Class X and XII in CBSE Live Webinar on 31 December.   The date sheet was issued yesterday, that is the complete date schedule on which the paper would be held is released now.

Class XII exams to be held in two shifts

CBSE announced that the Class XII examination will be held in two shifts to finish the examination in even less days. In the second shift, subjects that are not taught in CBSE schools located abroad will not be checked. The first shift timings will be from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and the second shift timings will be from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Response sheets will be distributed between 10 a.m. to10:15 a.m. in the morning shift and between 2.30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. in the evening shift. After that, you'll get 15 minutes to read the CBSE question paper.

Multiple choice questions will be asked

The choice for internal preference will be 33 percent in the exam. This time, the (MCQs) Multiple Choice Question will be asked more in number during the exam. The Ministry of Education released a notice to raise the number of such questions by 10% per year in the class X and XII examinations.

Class X and XII Exam Dates

The Class X exam will begin with the language paper on 4 May. The last paper will be of computer applications on 7 June. The class XII exams will also begin with the English paper on 4th May. The examination will conclude on 11 June with subjects such as entrepreneurship, library science, biotechnology, beauty and wellness, and agriculture.
