IIM-Kashipur: 358 internship offers were offered by a total of 332 students from both the MBA and the MBA Analytics programs. The current batch saw a female and non-engineering history candidates with the highest participation ever. A healthy change from 11 percent to 25 percent was seen in batch gender diversity, and academic diversity increased to 42 percent. The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur claims to have "completed 100 percent of the largest batch in its history in record time," considering the pandemic and subsequent economic slowdown. A total of 91 companies took part in the process, according to the institute, offering 358 internships to 332 students from both the MBA and the MBA Analytics programs.

91 companies offering positions in consulting and strategy, IT & Analytics, finance, HR, marketing and sales, general management, and operations took part in the season. The top recruiter remained in the BFSI sector. Students have also bagged offers from automobile, aviation, consulting, e-commerce, ed-tech, fintech, IT, FMCG, development, media, steel, and retail organizations.

Meanwhile, with the top 25 percent of students receiving offers with an average stipend of INR 1,58,200, the industry gave a generous response to the inaugural MBA Analytics class, while the highest stipend stood at INR 3,15,000.
