Class 12 Exam in 2nd Week of July

While the UP Board's Class 10 (High School) test has been cancelled, the state administration has decided to hold the Class 12 (Intermediate) test once the pandemic situation has improved. As per UP Deputy Chief Minister Mr Dinesh Sharma's declaration, the UP Board 12th Class Exam 2021 will be held in the second week of July 2021. Class 6 to 9 and Class 11 Students to be Promoted

Apart from cancelling the Class 10 exam for UP Board students, the state administration has also announced that no yearly assessment exams will be held for students in grades 6 through 9, as well as students in grades 11 and 12. In the absence of the specific board's promotion policy, this decision would apply to all students of the board as well as students of other boards.

UP Board Result: The Uttar Pradesh Board had previously requested that schools upload pre-board and half-yearly exam results to the UPMSP's official website. Divya Kant Shukla, the UPMSP Secretary, had also issued directions in this regard to all district schools across the state. Following the decision, rumours circulated that the UPMSP will cancel class 10 exams and evaluate matric results based on the internal evaluation. Meanwhile, the pending examinations are expected to be held between July 15 and August 25 by the Central Board of Secondary Education. Nothing has been finalised as of yet, and the final decision on the Class 12 exam dates is expected on June 1.
