XAT 2025: Exam Date: January 5; Registration Closes on November 30; Exam Pattern 

 

XAT 2025: Candidates must pay a cost of Rs 2200, with an additional Rs 200 for each preferred XLRI program. 

 

 

 

The XAT 2025 exam is scheduled for January 5 from 2:00 to 5:30 p.m.

 

XAT 2025: On November 30, the registration period for the national MBA admission test known as the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) 2025 will close. Interested candidates may apply on the official XAT website through November 30. The exam will be held on January 5 from 2:00 to 5:30 p.m. Beginning on December 20th, the admission card will be available.

 

Application Fee:

 

A fee of Rs 2,200 must be paid by applicants, with an additional Rs 200 for each preferred XLRI program. There are other ways to pay, such as via IMPS, online banking, or credit and debit cards.

Candidates from different locations will be able to take the test because it will be held in a number of major cities, including Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Delhi-NCR. Anantapur, Arrah, Bhagalpur, and 34 additional cities have recently been added to the list of exam locations.

To ensure equality for all candidates, the XAT assesses critical abilities like decision-making, logical reasoning, and language fluency.

 

 

Sections of the Exam:

 

• Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning (VA & LR) (170 Minute): Critical and analytical thinking, reading comprehension (including passages and poems), vocabulary, fundamental English grammar, and activities like cloze tests and parajumbles will also be covered in this section.

• Decision Making (DM) :  In order to make wise decisions, candidates will need to apply their critical thinking, problem-solving, and priority abilities in both personal and professional situation.

• Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation (QA & DI): The QA section will focus on mathematics in the tenth grade, with a concentration on real-world problem-solving. Data analysis, summarization, and interpretation will all be part of the DI questions.

 

General Knowledge (GK) - 10 Minutes  

There will be eight static GK questions and twelve current affairs questions in this section.

Analytical Essay Writing (AEW) Remarks: The AEW will be involved in the Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD/PI) phases this year.
